Employee Engagement is Critical to ESG Implementation, Says WEF
Despite having clear ESG goals, most companies struggle to translate their efforts into impactful outcomes. A recent poll has determined that employee engagement is crucial for achieving an organization’s sustainability goals. The poll was carried out on LinkedIn and had more than 200 respondents. Almost 50% of the companies that took part in the poll admitted that inadequate employee engagement was the main obstacle to achieving these objectives.
